We are an event design house and a specialty rental company, founded in San Clemente, California a sunny little village by the sea. Although our headquarters remain in our
hometown, we have since grown to service the country with event design services, rental goods, floral design and now retail.
Archive's rental division offers a fine collection of specialty rentals, including vintage items, handmade furnishings, rare antiques, and one-of-a-kind treasures. We have
multiple warehouses throughout California, and can readily accommodate events anywhere on the West Coast. With a minimum order, our goods can be shipped to any destination in
the US and abroad. As designers, the Archive team has traveled the country designing hundreds of special events for interesting people, just like you. Finally, we hope you

Meet Our Team.
Regina grew up in Idaho with a father that would take her to cruise flea markets for fun, as his father did before him. By the time she was a teenager, shopping at thrift-stores was far more exciting and rewarding than shopping
at the mall. Always craving forward-thinking style, Regina, found a kindred spirit in her design partner Krista. During a time when rhinestones ruled and everything matched, Krista and Regina forged new paths in designing events.
The result was Archive, and their vision has inspired change and helped to broaden the scope of events as we know them.
Krista Jon is an expert florist who operates from her heart with an impeccable attention to detail in all her designs. She is respected by the industry's finest planners and resorts for her breathtaking ideas and professional approach.
Her penchant for the organic, vintage and modern styles, offer the most unexpected creations. Krista has always had a deep passion for flowers and plants and thrives on making beautiful things. Her love for unusual concepts and all things
natural are the core of her inspiration and motivation.
Angie Ortega Frazier

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, Angie is a Southern California girl at heart, though her affinity for travel has landed her living all over the globe from the Rocky Mountains to the Eiffel Tower. In addition to her love of travel,
Angie has always loved a good party! Enjoying planning and attending equally, Angie became the “Social Chair” amongst her friends quite early on. So it is of no surprise that her career path has lead her to be immersed in
everything events! After having graduated from Cal State San Marcos with a degree in Mass Media, Angie has since worked in Event Coordination, Event Entertainment, Fine Dining, and Event Design, Angie is very familiar with so many of the
elements that come together to create the perfect social gathering. As the Southern California Design Team Leader for Archive Rentals, Angie loves utilizing her expertise in all aspects of events to help bring to life her clients’
visions and make each Archive Event one of a kind. She is currently looking very forward to assuming her new role as Mom.
Born in Los Angeles and raised in the mountains of Utah. Erica comes from a family where they celebrate everything in life from your kindergarten graduation to your steps down the aisle, planning events was a natural fit. With over 14
years of experience in design, production and execution of events from Los Angeles to Hong Kong. Erica’s attention to detail and attentiveness to clients is what she prides herself on. After a few years living, learning and experiencing
fabulous New York City, she returned to LA 11 years ago.
“My goal is to create an incredible event that inspires each individual, whether it is a wedding, anniversary, birthday or just simply a reason to celebrate life. To help someone create the event they have dreamed of is what truly
